Call Reporting & Do Not Disturb

Is it possible to not log calls as being missed if a phone is in do not disturbed?
Customer uses Do Not Disturb key on their phone to keep calls from ringing an agent while an agent wraps up entering an order after the call has ended,

Issue is that the customer uses missed calls to help determine who is or is not working.

Edit the agent and add a wrap up time

already knew that feature but it Does not work for the customer, every call is different, some calls need no wrap time, some calls need 20 minutes wrap time.
