we should be able to click a button and resend a users welcome email whenever we want. I was very surprised to learn that after user creation, there is no way to send a welcome email out afterwards. there are many reasons this would be necessary.

It would be more surprising if the client actually got the email in their inbox. Ringlogix doesn't allow for using your own MTA and their mail fails DKIM. So if you have your domain configured for email security like DMARC/DKIM/SPF/BIMI/MTA-STS the emails will get flagged as spam. I have been asking about this for over a year and I gave up on getting them to fix things. We send our clients invoices in ConnectBooster and setup their accounts in ringlogix with our email addresses to avoid the spam going to them. As for the welcome messages for the user, we no longer offer the hosted PBX from ringlogix and only use SIP Trunks. Their PBX is lacking and the billing system is just as bad. Its much easier to offer SIP Trunks and a UCM Cloud with Grandstream.
