We have an Auto Attendant for a Client "Waterwork Specialties" that has an auto attendant that forwards calls straight to voicemail. After Pressing a button there is a noticeable silence. Our client requested that we trim this down. Knowing that we can't make the transfer to the mailbox any faster, I was wondering if it would be possible to add an audio que that says "Transferring now" so users aren't just left with silence after pressing a button.
