Bulk Editing - Add answering Rules

Our customers are asking to be able to add bulk answering rules for their agents. This way they can set up some default ones so that they can easily put themselves in a meeting, out of office and such.

Additionally, they would like to have the option to add a status message on the answering rules. Rather than manually adding a status each time, they would automatically add the status message based on the answering rule.
