This would save time and look more professional. A button/toggle could be available when building/saving a quote to "offer" the option(s).
Enable/Toggle "Request Payment Method"
Enable/Toggle "Use for One-Time Charges"
Enable/Toggle "Use for Monthly Auto-Pay".
in EITHER case, the payment info would be auto-populated in the billing tab.
