We should be given a monthly statement invoice section that describes the extensions or subscriptions that were added or removed and the pro-rated date charges for each extension/subscription line item on this MAC Section (Moves/Adds/Changes) of the invoice statement. This will show customer change requests and the associated date also. If we could add a requestor name field, that would be even more valuable too.
