The Snapmobile app is really bad and lack a lot of features (including basic way to see a missed call after the app send notification of the missed call)
Please check the option to integrate with Ringotel or Acrobits (They have amazing Mobile/Desktop apps)
You cannot keep blaming Netsapiens for all the issues. It is time for RingLogix to provide a better Apps to their customers.
