RingOS - Feature Request

We need the ability to be able to have multiple users assigned to the SAME DID for texting.
For example, I have 3 support people on my team and I want the customers to be able to text one DID (Phone Number) for support and then we have the ability for one of our support people to respond and the rest of the support team can see who responded to the SMS/MMS Message. This is a basic feature that almost all other phone service providers have.
