Stop adding charges during the month.

The crap billing system keeps adding charges during the month to what a client owes, increasing the total balance before they pay their invoice. When the client pays their bill there could still be an open balance because the system is adding on usage during the month instead of on the new invoice on the first. This caused a client to have their service suspended over a $0.17 balance. The billing system to ringlogix has to be the biggest joke on here. They keep it as vague as possible to make it difficult to see a clear picture of your margin, and they make it so you can't make changes without opening a ticket. We have been trying to get a clients bill corrected for almost the entire month now. Their support is a joke. Theres a reason we don't add new clients to this system. Its great to see their "roadmap" is still blank, just like the quality of their service.
